Scream/Shout is an independent gig promoter based in London. For the purposes of UK data-protection law we are the data controller for this website. You can reach us via the contact details on our official social channels.

What we collect

We do not run accounts on this site and do not ask you to log in. We may process:

• Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp), retained for a short period for security and debugging.
• Anonymous, aggregated analytics about which pages are visited, used only to improve the site.

Third parties

Booking a ticket takes you to a third-party ticketing site (for example Dice). Those providers have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for how they handle your data once you leave this site.

The site is hosted on Vercel and content is delivered via Sanity's CDN. Their infrastructure may process technical request data on our behalf.

Cookies

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies in use are strictly necessary to serve the site.
